Southern Syrups ships our products Nationwide from our Sydney office 6 days a week. We strive to get your product to you ASAP, dispatching many orders the same day as they are received.

Southern Syrups have been able to work out a great deal with our courier and will be passing the savings on to you. Our super low syrup price now includes free shipping Australia wide.

Free Shipping

Our Couriers are TNT, Fastways, Couriers Please, Northline and more. They are all major shipping company with a proven track record of being fast and reliable. Our free shipping option is a budget/no-frills option because of this, requests such as call on approach, Express/Emergency Delivery, deliveries on certain days or times ect, can defiantly be made but unfortunately not guaranteed.

Our free shipping is a budget - no fills option to get you your product at the lowest possable price, as such we do not monitor the shipping progress.

Once the items are booked with the courier, you will recive an email from the courier to the email address you registered on our website with, this email will include full tracking detail.

You will also be able to log into your account at Southern syrups and select My Account from the Customers drop down menu, here you will find your order history and full tracking detail.

We encourage our customers to make full use of these detail and direct any question regarding delivery and ETA directly to the courier, We only have the same information avaliable to us as is avaliable on this tracking, so for us to find out additional information we also would have to call the courier.

It is the customers responsibility to monitor the progress of there shipment, Southern syrups does not monitor or track any orders sent with the free shipping option and as such will not accept any responsability for courier delays.

All free shipping items are sent with permission to leave for the courier. This means that the courier will leave the package at the residence or business address given without the requirement for a signature.

Please note that by choosing free delivery you are giving us authority to leave the consignment in your absence and that if your delivery address is not secure we cannot guarantee the security of your consignment, nor the other factors that can affect your parcel whilst it is sitting unattended - like rain, heat, dirt, damage, etc. In this situation, we can only guarantee delivery and quality up to the point that the track and trace tells us the goods were left for you.

Southern Syrups will not accept liability for items after they are left by the courier. Southern Syrups recommends that your delivery be sent to a location that is open during regular business hours for the delivery, if this is not possible we recommend that you give instruction on how to secure the delivery such as, leave in garage, back door, shop next door ect. This information can be given in the notes section on checkout.

Australia Post

Deliveries can be sent via Australia Post standard Delivery, With this option it you may have to pick the delivery up from the post office in some areas.

ALL DELIVERY'S TO PO BOXES, Postal lockers or Parcel Collect points MUST BE SENT VIA THIS OPTION

Express Delivey

If you require you package ASAP we also can ship Express, however these are premium services and additional shipping costs apply. also, we cannot guarantee delivery times as we are still restricted to courier opening hours and times, what we guarantee is that we get your package to the courier as fast as possible and pay the courier to deliver as fast as possible.

This service is automatically sent with permission to leave to get the package there ASAP, However you can request the delivery not to be left without someone receiving it in person, this can be done in the notes section on the checkout page, if this option is taken we recommend that the order is sent to an address that is open during business hours or it may slow down the delivery process as the courier might have to make several attempts.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is via Border Express. This service while incurring a cost has a little more leeway with delivery options, such as call on approach, delivery on certain days and the ability to request after or before certain times, however we cannot guarantee that the courier will be able to deliver at specific times, weekend Public holidays or small delivey windows. This service is automatically sent with permission to leave and has all the same terms and condition as the free delivery option. However you can request the delivery not to be left without someone receiving it in person, this can be done in the notes section on the checkout page, if this option is taken we recommend that the order is sent to an address that is open during business hours or it may slow down the delivery process as the courier might have to make several attempts.

Returns & Replacements

Southern Syrups will replace any product you receive that is leaking or defective in any way, however we do not replace product due to damage to the outside cardboard boxes, we may also require that you return the original first (but usually a photo showing the leak and shipping label will do as its just needed to get insurance from the courier).
If you are not happy with any of our products you can return them within 7 days to Southern Syrups and we will give a full refund less the cost of shipping, (please note if returning syrup majority of the product must be returned. also the full cost of shipping will be deducted from the returned price not the subsidized rate and a copy of the couriers invoice will be forwarded as proof of cost)
